Client Information: Cinchy company is reinventing enterprise data. With the world’s first comprehensive data collaboration platform that liberates data from enterprise apps and evolves it into a universal, fully collaborative data network.
Data liberation empowers connectivity and control by eliminating data fragmentation, data duplication, data silos, and the need for costly and time-consuming data integration. With data collaboration, enterprise data is now available to whomever it’s needed, able to move simply and freely to wherever it’s needed.
Project Details: In collaboration with Cinchy, Acumen worked on diverse projects, categorizing them into two types:
Internal Projects:
- Connect prospect and customer-related data from CRM systems to Cinchy system
- Analytical dashboards for all company divisions.
- Includes creating a support dashboard with SQL queries and charts.
- Involves liberating data from various sources like Ring.IO, Reply.IO, RadyMode, SalesFlow.
- Includes creating and supporting AWS Lambda Functions, Zapier workflows, and more.
- Liberation of Cinchy Support data from Freshdesk API.
- Involves creating and supporting Cinchy Connections, queries, and scripts.
- Liberating data from Gong API and Lever API.
- Involves supporting connections, queries, and scripts.
