The experience also had to support the business model: a smooth subscription flow, with secure sign-up and account activation, integrated into Neutrally's website.

Acumen engineered the application in React Native, chosen for its efficiency and cross-platform capabilities — a consistent experience on both iOS and Android from one codebase.

Bluetooth communication with the transmitter was built for real-time retrieval, so users see instant feedback on their metabolic health.

Firebase powered the backend: real-time database management, authentication and push notifications, keeping the infrastructure robust and scalable.

Subscription management was designed as a streamlined in-app flow, with HealthKey and Stripe integrations supporting the subscription process on Neutrally's website.
