Swiss4 is redefining the luxury of Swiss private banking by combining world-class financial services, cutting-edge secure technology and premium lifestyle solutions within a single app.
Originating from Switzerland and designed with a global vision, Swiss4 embodies the nation's core values of discretion, independence and trust — committed to the highest standards of responsibility, transparency and ethics.
The challenge
Swiss4's exclusive Conciergerie service needed a powerful, custom content management system to run seamlessly behind the experience.
Administrators had to manage Offers, Categories, Locations and Tags without friction, so Swiss4 could deliver a personalized and streamlined user experience.
The system also had to meet members where they are — fully usable and secure on mobile devices, not just in the office.
The approach
Acumen partnered with Swiss4 to develop the CMS specifically for the Conciergerie service, designing it around the administrators who would use it daily.
The interface was built clean and tab-based, so every aspect of the service stays easy to navigate and manage.
Personalization was treated as a core capability rather than an add-on: the CMS integrates with the Recombee AI recommendation engine to tailor offers to each member.
The entire system was optimized for mobile use, so content can be managed and reviewed in real time, whether in the office or on the move.
